SHRED DAY!
Mark your calendars! Securely dispose of sensitive personal documents at our annual Neighborhood Shred Day.
Suggested donation of $5 per bag or box.
The Jean A. Mortland Scholarship was established in 2007 in memory of Jean A. Mortland because of her appreciation for excellent music and advocacy for higher education. Jean was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church for over forty years and taught at the Capital University Law School. Her faith was service oriented and socially active, and her leadership at Covenant Presbyterian Church was a gift of intellect, passion, and strength. She left a substantial bequest to Covenant Presbyterian Church, which was supplemented by donations made in her memory. Her family wanted the fund to reflect her love of music, higher education, and the Christian faith.

Criteria: The recipient will be selected by the Worship and Arts Commission of Covenant Presbyterian Church each year. The person chosen will be pursuing a college or graduate degree in music or theology, will be a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church or associated closely with this church in some manner, and will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their vocation.
